Article 173
Informing the Head of State
The Chief Minister shall inform the Head of the State on the following matters:-
(a) Decisions of the Provincial Council of Ministers,
(b) Bills to be introduced in the Provincial Assembly,
(c) any other necessary information requested by the Head of State on the matters referred to in clauses (a) and (b), and
(d) Current situation of the province.
